This 1985 Sylvanian Families Deluxe Family house was my personal set as a child. It is in played with condition and is in overall good condition. All the furniture pictured will be included. Please look at pictures closely and note the following:
One of the skylights is missing the prop open piece
The piece in the middle that holds the floor in place is broken causing it to sag a bit.
There are some marks and on the roof and sides.
Windows and door are all in good shape and open/close.
Furniture is in overall good condition, there is a small stain on the bed.
Mirror from the bedroom set has been adhered to the upstairs wall
