Normal mail in the U.S takes 7-10 days..the grades we use to describe items for best to worst: Gem,choice,unc,au,ef,vf,fine,vg,good, and low grade.Low grade is a term i use to describe the worst possible condition. We reserve the right to cancel the auction if we make an error in the listing or a mistake in the scan by giving a full refund. The bidder needs to look at the item and make sure the scan and the item title matches. A scan may make the item look better or worse than the actual grade. we do not take responsibility for any item specifics not added by us. on 3rd party professional graded notes, we are selling what that company  says it is and not  what the the buyers or sellers opinion of the grade(condition of the note)  If you don't know how to grade please contact the grading company or look at their website to understand their grading standards.     It is the responsibility of the buyer to look at the scans to see any additional information about the item and  to read and understand  all of our terms.  If you are bidding on more than one item, please do not pay until we have invoiced you at the end of the auctions for that day so we can ship together.   IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH THE ITEM YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST FOR A FULL REFUND. Low grade may have stains, holes,tears, glue, tape and any number of problems
