including
the modest fringe (six and one quarter of an inch long) by almost 4" wide (four inches wide).
Note
that the light green border at top in the photo is narrower than the light green border on bottom -- this is absolutely fine for model horse Arabian Costumes because the narrow border would go by the withers, and the wide border would go by the hindquarters (however, as a 1:12 scale rug for a dollhouse, it isn't ideal).
