Turn your pet into a porg!  This SMALL porg costume is designed for small dogs with a chest measurement of 17 inches and a neck-to-tail measurement of 11 inches.  You could try it on a small cat (I did, and mine were less than thrilled) if they're laid back and not likely to kill you afterwards.  Too big for tiny kittens, though (see last picture).
