Activation tokens are not included with every item.  I have run out, so some will have, some will not.  If you need one, let me know before I ship and I will see what I can do.
If it is a hero, it includes the upgrade deck for their xp for the campaign, their campaign card, and their skirmish card.  Included is a picture of what Gyn Odan and the other 3 heroes in the core set would include.  Also includes figure of course.  Any questions, let me know!  These are out of the box and are not painted.  Also, Lot cats are really Loth Cats.  Spell check kills a lot of listings!

Most items come with the tree cards and the unpainted figures.
Single items, or you can order multiple quantities.  If you order one, you pay shipping.  If you order multiples, pay the shipping that Ebay asks you to.  Usually 1 item and 2 items are the same price in shipping, but if you order over a pound worth of items, I have to ship priority.  If the calculated shipping messes up, I refund the difference.  You do not even have to ask.
