    Description

    This hand shaker resembles the West African Shekere, but was made in Brazil. (Samba anyone?)
    I am not sure what material the shaker is made of, but the very thin wired covering is made of small seed pods. Quite a few of the pods are missing and some are cracked as you will see in the pictures.
    The shaker is about 5 1/2" in diameter - the handle is about 3 3/4" long ~ total length is about 10"
    The shaker retains its original label
