Qing Dynasty Elmwood Fitted Dressing Box / Mirror c. 1865

Description

This Chinese Qing Dynasty Period dressing box with fitted mirror and two drawers has a wonderful warm old patina.  The box is in great original condition with just the mirror and one side handle replaced (with a similar antique handle).  All the joints are dovetailed and the silvered brass hinges are beautifully engraved.  The box has been carefully restored in our restoration facility and all the joints are tight and everything functions very well.  The overall size of the box is 11" long x 8.75" wide x 6.5" tall.  There are a few tiny scratches on one edge of the mirror and one of the very small drop handles on top drawers is missing.  This piece has a great antique look.
