    Description

    TORO Power Max HD 828 OAE 28 in. 252 cc Two-Stage Gas Snow Blower with Electric Start.  Assembled, but used at least once.  The outer edge of the auger blades are a tad rough, as it looks like someone forgot to set it flat on concrete and set the height of the shave plate by adjusting the shoes.  I will adjust the shoes to be 1/4 inch above the surface.  Try it and if you do not like how it cleans, you can easily reset the shave plate height by adjusting the glide shoes.  Assembled in U.S.A. with Foreign parts.
