RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product. After the initial 14 days, an approval will be needed for returns. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed at that time.  Item must be returned in the same condition that it was shipped in, with all original manufacturer packaging.
SHIPPING
Products will ship out within 2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. In many cases, we will ship out same day. Most products will be shipping from Northern Illinois. Our standard method of shipping is UPS 'Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Standard' unless an alternative shipping carrier and method is negotiated. The shipment will be insured for the value that the product was sold at. In some cases, we may request a signature upon delivery. We will only ship to verified address. Sorry, we only ship within the United States.
