2. A representative will reach out and gather some more information,including a serial number, model, and any issues the device has been  experiencing
3. We will send a repair authorization # and a shipping address
4. Once our technicians receives the device, they will thoroughly examine, repair, and clean the unit
5. The repair turnaround time is 1-3 days of receiving the device. *Not including shipping times

In most cases, we try to use OEM parts, however, sometimes this isn't possible. We will only use tried and tested parts. Upon receiving the device, our repair technicians will inspect and diagnose the unit. If the device isn't salvageable, a representative will reach out to you as soon as possible. A device wouldn't be considered salvageable if the unit is crushed, majorly abused, or if all three of the major components are compromised or broken. The major components include: Display (LCD), CPU, & Scan Engine. The flat rate repair does not cover missing stylus, missing handstraps, or replacement for drained main batteries. We can provide quotes for those items.
Repair Warranty
The repair has a 90 day warranty on all parts that were replaced or repaired by Inventory Accuracy Enterprises, Inc. The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, physical damage, misloading software, OS, Software incompatibilities, etc. The repair warranty is voided if someone other than an Inventory Accuracy Enterprises, Inc representative opens the device or attempts to repair the unit.
General Warranty & Testing
The product will be tested and guaranteed against DOA. The warranty, whether written or implied does not cover misuse or abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, physically damaging the product by any means, using the incorrect power supplies, loading incompatible software, attempts to repair the device, etc.
Shipping & Handling
Products will ship out within 3 business days of receiving the product. In many cases, we will ship out in less time. The product will be shipping from Nothern Illinois. Our standard method of shipping is UPS 'Ground,' unless an alternative shipping carrier and method is negotiated. The shipment will be insured for the value that the product was sold at. In some cases, we may request a signature upon delivery. We will only ship to verified address. Sorry, we only ship within the United States.
Payment
PayPal is our method of payment for eBay listings. If a buyer prefers an alternative method, please contact us. We require payment to be made within 3 business days of purchasing.
