This auction is for evaluation of the repair of one Intermec 6820 Dot Matrix printer.
When your unit arrives at our repair facility, our receiving technicians will:

Note included accessories.

Record model and serial number information.
·
Record arrival date, indicated faults, and customer notes.
Your unit will have the following evaluation:

Unit powers up and operating system boots as it should
·
Keypad buttons all work and are not hard to press
·
Wireless, Cellular, and Bluetooth radio functionality
·
Shell and gasket integrity is not compromised
·
Any other customer indicated faults
Once your unit is evaluated any necessary repairs will be quoted to you via email.
Optional repairs that are worn but not affecting functionality will also be offered.
Once approved, your unit will be repaired in 1 to 3 days, fully cleaned, and shipped back to you with tracking information.
The auction price will be credited towards your repairs.
If repairs are declined, your unit will be shipped back to you with no additional fees outside of the evaluation price from this auction, you will be responsible for return shipping.
A 180 day warranty is included on any repairs made
