Up for sale is a 1928 Series One Dollar Red Seal United States Legal Tender note graded 53 About Uncirculated by PMG.  This tougher series note has a lower left corner fold and light handling, but no tears or pinholes. This note is bright and crisp, has good corners and margins, nice paper quality and body, and has rich, vivid ink color and good eye appeal.
For accuracy this note has a rust spot that has been lightened and has been noted on the back of the holder.  See photos
