Hi, so for my last few years I was in the pet business and have a few costumes, brand new that I am looking to sell for this Halloween. It feels like more than in most years, we all could use the extra smile on our faces and what better than to torture our pets with costumes!!!! I say that with a lot of mirth because for instance, my cat likes the attention and so we always dress her up. Why deprive her, right? With that said the costumes speak for themselves but I am happy to help each and everyone of you find the best fitting one so that even though these are not returnable (for obvious reasons) you can still be assured that you get the right size.
First off, this one is one size fits all so understandably you don't need to size it. It is a collar and a hat so very easy and it has an adjustable tab at the neck so you can move it to fit your pet comfortably.
I also do not distinguish between dog, cat or iguana because for my many years I had the great please of seeing these on many different pets so don't hesitate to ask, I won't think you are weird (we did the costumes for Petco for many years and one costumer put the taco on an iguana so after that, all bets are off).
The important thing is to measure your pet from the neck (collar area) to the base of the tail and if it's a
little
long or short, no big deal but this makes it easier. Second, the girth. Ok now... some of us have maybe given our pet a few too many treats or scraps from the table, so they may have a little more in the middle...and that's ok, that's why there is adjustable velcro for all these costumes. BUT if your not sure then send in the measurement round the top of the rib cage and I will check it for you.
