Here is a red seal Gem Uncirculated 65EPQ 1928 Legal Tender (otherwise known as a United States Note).  The red color on this note is blazingly sharp. The fresh paper jumps out at you.  This note is EPQ, and you can clearly see the embossing and originality through the holder. This note has been graded by PMG as 65EPQ. You don' t have to trust me for the grade, just trust PMG!
Shipping
