This is a palomino
Breyer "Somerset".  This cutie was a 2013 BreyerFest Store Special limited to 250 pieces.  About 8 1/2" tall & made of resin.  There is a hairline crack in the white paint on the front of the left hind stocking.  Otherwise, excellent condition (box & packaging have minor damage).  P
