This is a graphic blue decorator porcelain Breyer from the 2010 World Equestrian Games (WEG).  This fellow was a Limited Collector's Edition and features the artwork of LeRoy Neiman.  About 8 1/2" tall and made from the Big Ben mold.  Excellent condition (box has minor damage).  P
